Commissions and Custom orders are negotiated per contract or invoice and will fall under the agreed upon terms of between the Company and the Client. Please refer to the email confirmation or contract that you have received regarding specific details for your order.

If you have purchased a product or service under a third party affiliate you will need to contact them for more details on their return and refund policies.
