• Anthropic processes data under Commercial Terms: Mikaroz Studio uses Claude via Anthropic's Commercial API, which means Anthropic acts as a data processor on our behalf. The curator chatbot does not remember you or your past conversations between sessions - each interaction is independent.

• Your data is NOT used for AI model training: Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, conversations with the curator chatbot are not used to train or improve AI models. Anthropic processes your conversations solely to provide the curatorial responses you request.

• Data collection and usage: Anthropic collects data related to your interaction with the curator chatbot, including your conversation history, questions, and any information you provide. This data is processed only to deliver the curator service and is not used for model training. Anthropic does not sell user data to third parties and uses filtering to protect sensitive information.

• Vercel hosts the chatbot interface: The curator chatbot interface is hosted on Vercel's platform. Vercel may collect technical data necessary to provide hosting services. Please review Vercel's privacy policy at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy for details about their data practices.

• Mikaroz Studio records anonymous analytics: We record anonymous, aggregated data about curator chatbot interactions for quality improvement and accessibility optimization purposes. This data is retained and reviewed periodically to improve the curator chatbot's functionality and accessibility features.

This data collection is optional — you choose whether or not to use the AI curator chatbot. By using the AI curator chatbot, you consent to Anthropic's data processing, Vercel's hosting services, and Mikaroz Studio's recording of anonymous interaction analytics. If you do not wish to have your interaction data recorded, please do not use the AI curator chatbot.
